NextGen PlayTech LLP India

We build the legal side of Indian gaming.

Compliant game development, competitive esports, and the people who build a career on both. We work inside the categories India recognises — e-sports and online social and educational games — and we build them to a standard that does not need an exemption.

  • 01 Game development
  • 02 Esports tournaments
  • 03 Creator growth
  • 04 Search & content

01 — What we do

Four disciplines, one standard of play.

A development initiative, not a storefront. We build the products, run the competitions, grow the creators and write the content — so nothing in the chain has to be outsourced to someone who does not share the rulebook.

01

Compliant game development

We design and ship skill-based titles that stand up to scrutiny: educational play for under-18s, competitive play for adults. Compliance is a design input at the whiteboard, not a legal review bolted on before launch.

02

Esports & tournaments

Structured competition for BGMI and India's biggest mobile titles — seeded brackets, an enforced rulebook, anti-cheat, referees, and prize money that is published before the first match is played.

03

Creator growth

We sign emerging gaming creators and grow them: production support, tournament stages, co-streams, cross-promotion and brand deals — on contracts a creator's parent could read without worrying.

04

Search & content

An in-house editorial desk writing gaming content built to rank — tournament guides, meta and patch analysis, and the plain-language compliance explainers players are actually searching for.

02 — Platforms

Two products. Two audiences. One line we do not cross.

PlayPoint

Educational gaming, ages 5–17

A supervised play environment where the game is the lesson — numeracy, logic, language and problem solving, with progress a parent can actually read. No open chat with strangers, no purchases that behave like a gamble, no dark patterns dressed up as rewards.

NetWin

Competitive esports, 18+

India's tournament floor for BGMI and other mobile esports titles. Identity and age verified before entry, seeded draws, referee-enforced rules and anti-cheat — with prize pools funded by the company and its sponsors, never pooled from player stakes.

03 — Programmes

How a season runs, and how a career starts.

Tournaments

Battlegrounds Mobile India first, and the mobile titles that share its audience. Every event runs the same way.

  1. Register & verify

Identity and age checked before a team is confirmed. No proxies, no borrowed accounts.

  2. Draw & seed

Published brackets, published schedule, published prize split — before anyone queues.

  3. Play the rulebook

Referees, anti-cheat and match records. Disputes are decided against a written rule, not a mood.

  4. Payout on record

Results and payouts documented and paid to verified accounts on a stated timeline.

Creator growth

For new gaming creators who are good, early, and tired of being the last person paid in the chain.

  1. Apply

Send a channel, not a résumé. We watch the gameplay and the audience, not the follower count alone.

  2. Plan

A ninety-day content and competition calendar built around your title and your schedule.

  3. Stage

Slots in our tournaments, casting seats and co-streams that put you in front of our audience.

  4. Earn

Brand deals negotiated for you, on readable contracts, with rights you keep and payment that arrives.

Creators and brands: write to support@nextgenplaytech.in with your channel and your game.

04 — Compliance

The rulebook is the product.

India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 draws a hard line: online money games on one side, e-sports and online social games on the other. Everything we build sits on the recognised side of that line — and is designed so it still would if the line moved.

01

Skill over stake

We do not operate online money games. No wagering, no deposits placed against an outcome, no betting markets, and no mechanic that quietly becomes one.

02

Age is architecture

Under-18 products and adult competition are separate builds with separate rules. NetWin verifies age and identity before entry; PlayPoint is designed for supervision.

03

Recognised categories only

We build where the Act recognises play — e-sports, and online social and educational games — and we review our posture as the Act and its rules develop.

04

Published before played

Prize pools, formats and rules are announced before entry and funded by the company and its sponsors. Results and payouts stay on record.

05 — Mission & vision

Mission

To make the compliant path the winning path in Indian gaming — so the best product, the fairest tournament and the fastest-growing creator are all on the right side of the law by default, not by exception.

Vision

An India where a twelve-year-old learns through a game, a twenty-year-old builds a career on one, and neither has to step outside the law to do it.

06 — Leadership

Founding team.

  • SM

    Santanu Manna

    Founder

Sets the company's direction and its standard for what we will and will not build.

  • SD

    Sanjay Das

    Co-founder

Runs operations and partnerships — tournaments that start on time and creators who get paid.

  • JB

    Jit Banerjee

    Chief Technology Officer

Builds the platforms, the verification and anti-cheat, and the data behind every match and every payout.

07 — Questions

Asked often, answered plainly.

Is online gaming legal in India?

Partly, and the distinction matters. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits online money games — games played for stakes or wagers — while recognising and promoting e-sports and online social games, including educational ones. NextGen PlayTech builds only on the recognised side of that line.

Do your tournaments involve betting or entry stakes?

No. Our competitions are skill contests. Prize pools are funded by the company and its sponsors and are published before entry, so no player's money is ever staked against another player's result.

Which games do you run tournaments for?

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is our primary title, alongside other major mobile esports titles that share its competitive audience. Formats run from open qualifiers through to invited finals.

How can a gaming creator or streamer join?

Send your channel and your main title to support@nextgenplaytech.in. We look at gameplay quality, consistency and audience behaviour — not follower count alone — and we reply either way.

What is PlayPoint, and who is it for?

PlayPoint is our educational gaming platform for ages 5 to 17: curated, age-appropriate games that build numeracy, logic, language and problem-solving skills, with progress reporting for parents and educators, and none of the monetisation patterns that make children's gaming a problem.

Do you write SEO content for other gaming brands?

Yes. Our editorial desk works with partner studios, tournament organisers and gaming brands on search-led content — keyword and intent research, tournament and title guides, and compliance explainers written for players rather than for lawyers.
